Eugenia Ignatova
Mentor and curator year 2025
Eugenia Ignatova is a multidisciplinary artist, photobook designer, and curator currently based in Belgrade, Serbia. Her artistic practice explores the perception of time and its relationship to lived experience through photography and archival material. She creates conceptual photography that reflect emotional and associative connections.
Her work has been exhibited in the UK, Serbia, and Russia, and she was selected as a FRESH EYES Talent in 2023. Her project Highlights is part of the MMOMA (Moscow Museum of Modern Art) collection.
Alongside her artistic work, Eugenia helps artists shape their projects into clear, communicable forms. She is the founder of CO OP ARTS, a nonprofit platform offering informational support for artists, and is currently developing a photobook publishing initiative called BYRC. She also creates templates and tools for artist portfolios, making it easier to move from idea to professional presentation.
