Love and silence
by Miloš Nešić, Belgrade, Serbia
Through a poetic interweaving of portraits and landscapes, the project explores the subtle moments of emotional connection between people, conveying a sense of closeness, memory, and mutual influence.

Using a digital camera with modified camera obscura optics, the artist creates soft, blurred images that evoke emotional depth and openness to interpretation.

The black-and-white portraits focus not on individuals, but on the space between them—the gestures, glances, and silences that form a visual dialogue of intimacy and trust. The accompanying landscapes act as emotional reflections, where light, shadow, and natural forms become metaphors for inner states, linking the external and internal.
